Yes I have the seal carrier. The injectors where rebuilt by Giles when I rebuilt the engine about 80k ago.

you don't have any 1,3, and 5 cam caps for sale do you?

I do have them but I am still thinking about rebuilding the head and selling it complete. So I don't really want to sell it piece by piece.

Ryan, I have seen it mentioned that it is possible to fit the 81mm ASV TDI pistons making the displacement 2.0L.  Some trouble with getting an appropriate head gasket but searching on the TDI club gives a couple options.

Thanks for that tip Andrew. I purchased a running 96 Passat tdi with 230k a couple months ago for dirt cheap so I am eventually going to put that engine in my van.

I haven't seen a head gasket that actually works for the 2.0 bore on the earlier blocks. ALH+ is no issue, AHU/1Z there's no suitable gasket available.

I've seen on TDI club several people saying they used one of the G60 head gaskets without issue.

Do you have injector lines?

Thanks!
Title: Re: FS: Parting out AAZ engine what do you need?

I do have them, unfortunately I am in Montana for the winter and the lines are in Maine. I will contact my friend to see if he can find them and ship them out. $50+ shipping sound fair?

Thanks for responding! If there's to be a bit of a wait, what would you say to 50$ shipped?

Bumping a semi old thread... looking for the 2 piece CCV breather tube. Also found on some, but not all, A3 and B4 TDI engines.

I am almost certain that I do have it. I am currently in Florida and wont be back to Maine where the parts are until June 1st. I will have my friend look for it and hopefully ship it out for you. How does $25 plus shipping sound? Just to confirm this is the pipe your looking for correct?:

Any chance you have the exhaust elbow part that bolts to the turbo studs (with the four nuts and has the donut gasket at the bottom)?

I do - but I actually need it for my van. I have been running no exhaust on my van for years and that part has rusted almost all the way up to flange.. So I am saving that part for when I finally get to doing a proper exhaust some day, sorry. It also only goes down maybe 4 inchs  there is no donut gasket on it.
