no more pop-testing on injector. You may ask your local BOSCH certified shop if they can do it for you

Do you have seal kits for the 2.4 5 cyl AAB engines that were in the Canadian Transporters?
I'm curious as to how much of the 1.9 seal kits would match with them, the pumps look fairly similar on the outsides......

the injection pump is similar but the kit I sell will be missing 1 small copper seal for the fifth delivery valve on your pump. I don't think it's a problem as they are rarely leaking but just to let you know. The rubber parts are all the same

the fabrication tolerances are tight, they can be reinstalled without pop-testing but if the car got over 250000km, it's a lot better to have the injectors reshimmed to the oem opening pressures.
they will work fine without shimming, you'll get the power, mpg and driveability gain but pop-testing them is the icing on the cake

Looking for the whole kit, actually; potentially more than one, given I'd be reshimming three engines' worth of injectors. A 1.5, 1.6TD, and a 2.0 TD, so all in all thirteen cylinders' worth of injectors. And I'm not sure what all is in the whole kit, so...

80$ is for a set of 4 nozzles
the GTD nozzles will flow more than stock nozzles and will certainly be better than the stock worn nozzles.

the GTD nozzles are back in stock and I got a load of 11mm pump head kits for the TDI that may fit your IDI pumps

I'm interested in the 11mm pump head and gasket sets. A couple of questions are they genuine Bosch or made in China stuff. The reason I ask is I bought a new made in China 11mm pump head and gasket set off ebay and the pump head lasted less than six months in my M-tdi before it crapped and the injection gasket set the gasket for the top cover did not fit properly so I had to buy a genuine bosch gasket locally. If it is made in China, is there any warranty on the items you sell?

the 11mm heads are made in china. made in the very same country as the Bosch stuff. By the way, myself I managed to friction-weld a VERY high dollars genuine BOSCH head in my own TDI.
as for the gasket kit, its BOSCH stuff.

there are no parts factorys in China guys, they make some tools
for Bosch but no parts for production and even if they did like
India or Brazil then the quality control would be much higher
if you siezed your Bosch original Head in your TDI then there
must have been something else wrong.

all around the world China doesn't have any that i know of.
any parts we get here in Canada i have never seen any from China.
