I wouldn't mind a 2.5" T3 flange if you've got it,  you're in Calgary right?

What does an ALH intake manifold look like?
Does it fit the D-shaped ports of the 1.9 AZZ head?

Yes it shares the same d-shaped ports as a AAZ would, its off a mk4 tdi.

Do those turbo oil return lines tend to break down and crack/leak with time?

My jetta came with a messed up leaking one, and looking at it I wasn't sure if they get mangled by bad mechanics or just break down with all the heat eventually.

I never had any luck finding them on ebay either, and am not sure if they even sell them new anymore.

I would love to replace mine but am scared it will spring a leak on me like mine :)

Pretty sure you can cut the braided line off and replace with silcone hose from NAPA.

Do you have a turbo oil feed line for a 1.6td? Also if you have a healthy turbo with the four bolt flange to the exhaust manifold?

PM sent on the TD pump. As long as its (fairly) low mileage with no leaks, I have cash in hand! Also interested in the turbo oil return hose as long as that as no leaks too.
