Title: What cylinder head do I have?

Hey guys! First post for me!  :)

I Got my hands on a turbo head but im curious what year and what car it came out of!
The numbers on the head is: 068 103 373T

The head casting number does not give decisive results.  I've seen the same casting number with the same suffix for BOTH solid lifter and hydraulic heads.  This is highly inconclusive anecdotal evidence, but I've seen sever T suffix heads and all came from 87+ 1.6TD engines...
