Hello,
I got myself mk2, with SB engine.
At first thing looked OK, but now I believe its mess with that vacum hoses.
Inside I have turbo gauge and boost controler. Gauge goes to 0,8bar, what is correct according to fact, BOV is NOT deleted.
I have picture and diagram of existing situation - its all gathered in one weird circle.
Please let me know what is right thing to do, for haveing properly working boost controler and properly value on boost gauge.

Luka, On my turbo that little black hose from the intake manifold goes directly to the fuel pump LDA. I have a spliced in tee between those two points and run my boost gauge from that point. I think in your picture that yellow looking line clear to the left might be your gauge line.
Now from the turbo you have a fatter black line going back through the firewall and to your controller device. Or at least it looks that way to me. Then it comes back into the engine compartment and tees into the line coming off the intake inlet. I don't think that is where you want that to go. Is there not a point on the lower part of the turbo that controls the arm to the exhaust waste gate? I believe that is where you want it to end up.
So look for a spot like that. And just route your intake boosted pressure to the gauge from a tee and run the other line to the LDA.
Libby correct me if I am wrong here. My memory of the parts is dull after working a long day at the end of a paint stick.

I believe in that theory as well you wrote about connecting hoses.
Should be 2 air circles not one. I will make new diagram and make a picture to get approval for right connection.

Actually, that all looks correct to me. Just semantics, but this is boost lines, not vacuum. The diagram and the pic makes sense to me. The line from the intake splits to three connections. The stock connection is to the LDA, next is the connection for boost to the gauge, and the third is boost to the manual boost controller. All three are parallel and should work fine that way. From the manual boost controller, the boost goes back to the wastegate when the pressure set by the controller is exceeded. Alternatively, you could remove the tee that goes to the manual boost controller and run from the fitting on the intake scroll that has the screw in it, but the behavior will be much the same.

As I noticed the hose on turbo goes to wastegate. The upper hose is blocked as I said. You can see:

Where goes originaly the hose from blocked one on turbo?

I would prefer to go with the way you have the diagram drawn. One loop for controller, the other for LDA and boost gauge. For the one line coming out of the tubo that is plugged I would use it to feed the boost controller. Right now it is coming from the smaller take off at the top of the intake manifold.
So just remove that plugged one and just connect the controller to it.
Makes a clean look to the turbo that way.
