There local for you buddy.
They have a section for group buys. Good discount if you get enough parts.
So for the injectors, would you send them the nozzle or the whole body?
I sent them a e-mail asking if they have done any work on the 1.6, 1.9 idi and TDI injectors. I told them that if they had not, I could probably find some volunteers who would offer up some injectors for modification. Test bed anyone?
I also asked about what they could do with our heads. I was told that they have done them before, and that you could expect a
15-20% increase when done.
The whole thing is kind of interesting. I did quite a bit of reading on the company. They seem to be the real deal. Good gains to be had in many different applications.
I was wondering about our exhuast manifold. A equal length manifold kicks ass, but is not cheap. Our stock manifold appears to suck hind tit as far as performance flow. I have not been able to find any other option as far as exhaust manifolds go. I was wondering how much you could remove from the stock manifold for big flow / spool time improvement?
That train of thought leads me right into my other question.
Porting V.S Extrude Hone ?
From what I have been reading, the extrude hone talks about increasing volume and flow velocity. The bigger gains of the two being velocity.
If I had my head ported, would it be the same? Posts on other sites said that a serious port job will offer more flow than the extrude hone.
Velocity V.S Volume? hmmmm....
I am wondering, if you had this done on your head-- intake and exhaust ports, would it remove material at the same rate through out the whole channel? Would this create thin spots in some area's that a regular port job would not?
Has anyone here used this service before? Whats you take on it?
