Im experiencing a very hard start when engine is cold, takes about 2-3 tries total, each time cranking for about 5-6 seconds each time before she turns over... (25degree celcius here too)
Glow plugs lights do come on, and i wait for them to rotate each try.
Then the idle seems weird because whether the choke is in or out after i get it started the rpm's are higher than usual at 1100 rpm, however after 5 minutes it will settle down to 800 - 900.
--> What would be the cause of that?

I'll assume that you mean
before she firesIn that case the first check I would do is to verify that the glowplugs are actually getting power. That yellow light likes to lie.
If that checks out you need to verify your timing. If it is off it will certainly make like difficult for you.
How fast is the car turning over? If it's too slow it won't start (well it will but you need to crank for like 30 seconds straight to build up enough heat)
Fuel and fire.
How old are the glow plugs? Give 'em a test.
How many km's on the injectors? Perhaps one or two are going bad. Try the test of cracking open a fuel line on a injector one you get it running to see if you notice a change.
Leaky pump or air bubbles in the fuel line? Air leak from fuel filter?
Just a few quick thoughts.
