Hi all, so I dynoed the wifies 2001 beetle tdi 5 speed. It has a tech 9 stage 1 tune and .205 injectors installed by Giles and this is the results



the car went from 90hp and 150t to 129whp  and 241wt


1990 cabriolet 1.9 aaz, kkk 24/26,  Giles pump, big  2.5" intercooler,  3 " P.P. downpipe

Nice numbers,I'll have to dyno mine when I upgrade my clutch.

I'm guessing that you have a better than stock clutch as I know my engine does not make that much power but still manages to slip a new stock clutch.I got my 99 remapped by Redrotors and 205's.with the egr gone and cat/muffler reworked I figured it makes 125-130 hp.

Well done!

Hrmmm...makes me wonder how my '98 NB TDI would do with the .260mm injectors I just installed + intake/exhaust mods and the Evry mod.  She sure is torquey...  8)

I just ordered a 12mm rotor, but will have to wait until after a turbo upgrade.  I've got all the smoke I can handle for a while...haha
