tranny gear ratios

Does anyone have the gear ratios for these? I'mm trying to decide which would be a better fuel economy choice for an ALH tdi conversion to Tdi-M.
02a/j on 2001 ALH tdi
020 on 1998 ABA

ABA 020 = AMC, CHE, and DFq boxes

Final - 3.667
1st - 3.455
2nd - 1.944
3rd - 1.286
4th - 0.969
5th - 0.805

Overall - 2.952

1Z/AHU 02A = CTN (I only have info on mk3's)

Final - 3.157
1st - 3.777
2nd - 2.177
3rd - 1.360
4th - 1.971
5th - 0.755
R - 3.999
Overall - 2.385

So does the 02A produce more MPH  for the same RPM than the 020 shown?

Thanks. I see my 02J (EGR) is a better choice for economy over the 020 from the 1998 gasser. Just found a $450 4BT pump too. Now to figure the swaps for that.
