I think the price just varies like any other fuel. It's not really THAT much more expensive than regular Diesel. I don't really pay attention to the price when I go there.
I just fill up and it's always less than $30 so it's all good
BAH!!!
I kind of thought it would be less, I thought biodiesel was exempt from certain taxes, or are we paying a premium to save the environment here?
Is it more than 1$ a litre? Could you ask them what blend you're getting the next time you drop in for fuel? I'm thinking about getting a tank of the stuff on the 18th after the meeting.
Cheers, Steve
The blend is B20.
btw, I've been "green" for so long, that paying a bit extra is insignificant compared to the capitalist profit driven consumer culture everyone is so used to getting for "cheap". It's just a different way of "accounting". You can't put a price on clean air! Besides, the price difference makes hardly any dent in the great mileage of our Diesels!
Just go there and fill up! :p You (and your car) will be glad you did

.
Hahahaha
You guys are gold!
I just paid my tuition(3000)
I have to pay next semester tuition in a month(10,000)
Xmas($$$???)
And my school schedule is so intense I can only work 2 days a week!
In a perfect world, I would make my own biodiesel, BUT until I have the time, I will have to be a slave to corporate madness.
Now if either of you kids were to start brewing and selling, thats a different story altogether!!

:D
I'm brewing

(and btw, I'm a student too so I hear ya re. being broke

).
However, you should learn to brew too!

Anyway, I am actually planning to host a BioDiesel Brewing GTG at my farm in the Spring, so I'll post here when I do!
(It's just too cold right now.

)
Well, bye!
How's the biodiesel working down in Toronto? I hear it's been pretty chili lately. I'm still curious about the BD100 price as I hope to use it during the summer months.
