I also would like to see Jose's piping. I had daves on my toolbox just to look at it for about 3 months.  It was real pretty.(Then I sold it because Dave had to design an exhaust manifold that I cant use it on) :D

unfortunately it's on my car, but i'll see if i can get some pics.  If they took it off to do the head i'll get them to take pics.

I got a new 1.9 head for $479 with cam & valves.

Hey, what years are the 1.9 TD's? I want to order a metal headgasket but I don't know what years it was on.
2006 Jetta TDI - gtb1749v, Malone 2, Frank's Titan 2 cam, VR6 clutch....

The aaz was introduced in 93.  It was replaced with the AHU TDI after 97 in Golfs and Jettas and a little earlier in Passats I believe.
