Modified intake manifolds for all vw diesels!

Only ALH tdi intake manifold pictured but the different models all look virtually the same. We are looking for more core manifolds and we will need one from you when you buy one, so if you have any extras send them to us for some in store credit or paypal.

Price is $595CAD for alh tdi's, $620 for 1.6 and 1.9 IDI's, and $655 for PD TDI's, this includes the ceramic coating and baller Passenger sticker(extra 20HP, 40ftlbs). Shipping is additional. For the moment we will need your core manifold before we build one for you until we have enough stock to do a core exchange.

Now includes port matching!

The focus of this double plenum intake manifold is to balance flow across the ports in effort to achieve better effeciency: power, fuel economy, top end power, lower egt, reduce smoke, balance peak cylinder pressure (which will also help keep those head gaskets in tact when pushing over 25psi).

Inlet is available on either side for no additional cost, just specify what you prefer at the time of ordering.

that almost looks like one of those spearco air/water intercoolers... that would be awesome!

if I can get an intake like that for around $400 if I send you my old one (TDI intake) I'll buy one.  mine is kind of dirty though :(

make a deal on an intake / exhaust combo???

$475 isn't so bad... why would anyone not want the ceramic coating though??? it would really help elminate heat soak from the hot engine compartment... keep the air nice and cool :)

will that manifold fit a PD130?  I'm going to be needing both manifolds for my PD130 engine probably around next year when I can afford it.  Regular 1.9 manifolds should fit on a PD right?  and I want to go VNT-20 or maybe VNT-25 depending on the amount of cash i want to 'dump' into it.

Personally I ceramic coat everything, only reason I could think anyone wouldn't is cost, but IMO its worth every penny.

Yes this Intake will fit a pd130 as will the exhaust manifolds I am making 8)
