hi i'm mark i live n boston uk

i drive a mk4 astra running on lpg

currently restoring a 1.6d mk1 golf i want to put a 1.9td aaz in her but engines seem thin on the ground at the mo

wiring thats wat worrying me about that it all confusses me and the aaz is mechanically injected like to 1.6d in her at the mo so simply like me

Mechanical TDIs have just as much wiring as the AAZ, but you get more torque and more HP (out of the box). It's a totally different drive though

wats the engine code on the tdi then? wats involved in the swap frfom 1.6d to 1.9 tdi?
