ARP and Raceware are designed to be reusable.  DO NOT use standard torque proceedure with either one.
I have tried the $1 new stretch head bolts and had about 20% of em break befoer final torque.  They are easy to get out once the bolt. head breaks off as long as properly lubed

So, how long did it last with used bolts?

Dude i know head bolts are like $16 at O'rielly. While we are on subject whats the final torque on ARP head studs? 
2005 TDI Jetta Wagon 5 speed.
