VNT with WG actuator downsides...

So i've read the above setup loses economy, increases pumping losses etc. but to what extent?

Say I get 55mpg at the moment (SB engine code), how much should I expect to lose off that?

What about oil - if the turbo is constantly boosting what will the effects on that be?
