I went out yesterday with my girlfriend Ashley. We were out there for about 3 hours. Caught 2 pickeral.
We went out again today, only it had snowed about 20+ centimeters, probably not such a good idea. Turns out my car is a snow plow. Not a good one though because I got it stuck pretty good.
That was on the way to go out fishing, it snowed all day and it was even worse on the way home. I couldn't get out of first gear the whole way back but I made it, pretty impressed with my car.
We caught 9 today, but threw 2 back

That'd get some pretty bad mileage I'd imagine.
I have Canadian Tire Nordics on there, nice and cheap. Got them for $300 with a whole car attached

Two words: Snow Chains
Or better yet, just put a snow plow on it.
