TopiaEnergy opened a biodiesel pump in Ottawa earlier this week.

I've been picking on the local UPI (co-op) dealer about biodiesel. The website says the sell it bulk out of Guelph in the coloured version(farm use, no tax) but doesn't say anything about putting it in the pumps at the stations yet.
