is there anything made thats not 11" long and 5" in diameter? a bypass filter kit for smaller non mack truck engines?

the amsoil bypass filters aren't as huge as the fs-2500 filters, and supposedly work just as good (the new ones, not the older ones...)

I will relocate my battery to the trunk if i need to.  clean oil is worth it.
