92 Jetta diesel engine for sale

What is wrong with the fuel system?  I am in Toronto, Ontario.  I might take the whole car depending on what the fuel system problem is (I have a spare pump and injectors that I could put in it, can't think what else would be wrong with it).  my email is [email protected]
Is the car driveable to Toronto (I know Burlington isn't that far from here)
