No problem. Considering I live in the mountains where vision is incredibly important, I understand the frustration of inadequate lighting. If you do buy a set of these, let us all know how you like them!
The Vision Plus are great, but there are some other good options I completely spaced out. Bosch and Cibie GENUINE conversion lights are definitly worthwhile. Hella has better light output, but some argue they don't look as cool. (shrug)
BTW, here's a good source for them-
Cibie and Bosch-
http://www.danielsternlighting.com/products/products.htmlThey have no shopping cart because they will want to consult with you before you get anything. I don't have 1-on-1 experience but I've heard very good things.
Vision Plus-

The Vision Plus's take a certain bulb- the HB2 bulb. I haven't looked in particular, but I do not know if standard auto stores carry them You'd have to look.
The advantage to a Cibie or Bosch is that they take standard H4's or H1's. And Daniel Stern Lighting carries relay and wiring kits to beef your system up to handle it properly.
So there's more thoughts for you.
---------------Advantages---------------------Disadvantages-------------
Vision Plus- Great output, HELLA brand HB2 bulb. Dunno if its commonly available or not
Cibie- Funky Name. Common H4 bulbs Not quite as intense of discharge
Bosch- Common H4 bulbs I can't comment
I'm sure there is more to it than that, but thats what I have to offer.

***EDIT!
I was browsing the Daniel Stern page...
These 2-filament bulbs with P43t base are for high/low beam headlamps and Cibie BiOscar fog/drive beam lamps. Fun facts: The H4 was the world's first 2-filament halogen automotive bulb. It was introduced in Europe in 1971, and was used in many millions of European and Japanese headlamps starting in that year, but wasn't legalized in the US (where it was designated HB2 or 9003) until over two decades later, in 1992!
So apparently the HB2 and H4 are the same thing? Worth some investigation I'd say.
