yea the pressure is higher when the viscosity is thicker than when it is lower and thinner. babying your car isn't a bad idea... at least until its warm :twisted:
That is what I figured, as there's the hot and cold weight of oils.
well.. yea.. I always baby it until it's warm.. it's spoiled.... plugged in on cold nights, frequent oil changes. The thing eats better than I do. :wink:
on a side note, a few weeks ago I was at a buddy's shop with a few other vw owners (none of which diesel) but I managed to get a little advice from them. Some of which was to adjust the freeplay on my clutch and adjust my loose throttle linkage.
