Okay, got the site search to work momentarily, then it had a giddy fit again and kept saying "You cannot make another post soon after another"

So, MKI Caddy pick up, AAZ, K14, PP downpipe, intercooler has 2.25" inlet and outlet.
I was thinking 2" and step up to 2.25" at the intercooler, then I wondered about 2.25" tube then step down at the turbo.
I will be using the 1Y inlet manifold, which is 70mm
Samco seem to do a 70mm to 50mm or 60mm 90 degree adapter, so not too concerned about that.
more interested in peoples comments about the size of tubing I should be using.
Simon.
 :)

I used 2 1/4" Al tubing and stepped down at the turbo (T3). Seems to work just fine. For the manifold, I used the stock one and cut the flange off the little 90 and welded the flange to a piece of my 2 1/4" piping; no stepping up/down required at that end. I used a G60 IC which has a 2 1/4" connection on it.

Most of the charge piping setups I do are 2.25" from turbo to IC and than 2.5" from IC to intake manifold. Stepping up to a larger diameter (more volume) after the IC helps higher rpm breathing, it acts like a larger plenum.

e-bay special, not arrived yet though.
I just went for a fairly small one.
24" long, 2.5" deep, 5" tall, should just fit where I have in mind, hopefully..
Also need room for a oil cooler and the K&N appollo I also bought.
While the bumpers are off (Caddy now going into the spray booth this friday)  [ http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=10429&PN=1 ] I hacked out the blanks behind the bumper for more air flow.
