I've decided against the normal route of fitting german style plates on my car - instead i've gone for US spec 12" x 6" plates.

They're growing on me!

The tail one is cool, but the one on the front bumper, I'd rather stay with our traditional rectangle european plates.

What's the legality of those? I was thinking of getting som German Plates, until I found out that they're show use only.
Should probably concentrate on getting the rest of the car fixed up anyway

German plates & import size plates are grey areas! depends on the copper who pulls you! - I have german ones on my Polo G40!
