i think i had emailed you quite some time back about it but i cant seem to find the email so maybe it was a different car. Either way, how many miles on it. Autos on VW/Audis are not the best thats for sure. How bad is the gasket and what else is wrong with the car?? thanks again and sorry if this will be a repeat.

I don't mind repeats, if it is.
It has 185XXX miles on it.  The head gasket was blown when I bought it so I haven't ran it much to know the extent.  It currently doesn't have any water in it and it smokes steam when you start it.  As far as other problems, all I know of are minor things like the trunk button has an attitude,it sometimes works, and sometimes it don't.   I think some of the doors don't open from the outside because of bad door handles.  It does start very easily, drops firmly into gear and pulls itself very well.  It doesn't seem to have a lot of power because of the blown head gasket.
Make me an offer on it, I don't want to have to haul it to my storage place.  I am storing them about 125 miles south of here.  To far away to just go and grab parts, and expensive to haul down there with my '95 F150 4X4.  I live in town and I get written up about have multiple vehicles in the yard.
Thanks
Tim

Sold or should I say given away.  I got $100.00 and had to deliver it to get that.  Someone missed out on an excellent parts car.
Thanks
Tim
