1.9 NA on its way, what to do to it?
« on: November 04, 2006, 06:30:09 pm »
After several problems with 2 different 1.6TD, I ordered a 1.9 NA to install in my Suzuki Sidekick. It should be here late next week.

I also have a rebuilt 1.6TD pump on its way, I traded for it.

1. Can or should I install the rebuilt 1.6TD pump? Would there be any benefit to installing it? HP gain?

2. I have a turbo pan, manifolds, turbo, oil return line etc from the 1.6TD. Will they bolt on to the 1.9NA block?

yes to everything, but you may want to port the intake a bit because the 1.9's have different shapped ports
