Well it was copper before, and that isn't magnetic either so at least the nuts will come off without snapping studs off next time.

Ok, now i've installed my vnt20. One thing bothers me slightly though. It spits out pretty much all oil in the compressor housing. Had engine running for a few minutes and now there's more oil in piping and ic than before with my totally worn out turbo. I dunno, are garret sloppy and forgot some parts?
It seems more likely that it gets too much oil. Since i never installed a restriction. Nothing is wrong with oil return. How much oil flow/pressure should this thing get? Could it be too much with my 8mm feeding line. Please give me some wise words of wisdom... My car's been disabled for to long.

8mm feeding
Is that internal bore? Does sound a bit OTT, but question really is, are the bearings and seals shagged?

No that's not the problem. Crank vent is very much venting.
I still think it gets to much oil... it gets 6bars oil pressure on startup.
I will give my turbo dealer a call on monday, hopefully they will have some nice input.
Thanks all for helping me. All suggestions are appreciated!

6 bar and 8mm bore is definitely a lot of oil going through there, how big is the drain pipe? 12mm?
