Sounds like more of a glow plug issue to me.The engine is turning over properly right (starter works).Did you end up replacing or checking any glow plugs?Did you unplug any of the coolant temp sensors near the glow plugs?If you had the wires of the glow plugs then possibly they touched ground causing the glow pulg fuse to blow.Just throwing some ideas out there.Wait :idea: possibly you've blown the stop solinoid fuse located in the fuse pannel.Check this first!! I've blown this fuse a numerous times while adjust fueling with engine running or key on.when playing with the 13mm locknut Its easy to hit the solinoid's terminal causing the fuse to blow.
