1969 Jetta Diesel in Northeast PA
« on: July 16, 2024, 07:10:13 pm »
Original owner. Have valid New Jersey title. Car is a project car and has been garaged for 20 years. Engine has been rebuilt but needs to be assembled. I can not complete the restoration due to health issues. Since the car can not presently be driven it will need to be carried away on a flat bed truck or other trailer. Send email to engineer1943@yahoo if interested and I will contact you.

Welcome to the forum.  Sorry to hear about your project that did not get done.  Perhaps IF I were closer I would be picking up on this one.

Got a price on it?

As far as photo's go the car is in the garage and overall pictures are difficult but can be done at least of the engine and trans that are out of the car. Since there are no local (at least driving distance) replies I hesitate to post pictures but can as long as everyone realizes that they are limited.

The issue of selling price relates to the point that towing/flatbed  the car will be costly depending upon the distance. Since that is the case I will provide a clear New Jersey title without cost to the buyer.

The car has corrosion around the edge of the windshield on one side.  No other corrosion on the car. The interior of the car is dirty having sat in the garage for 20 years.
Please let me know if anyone is interested that is within range of zip 18415. Please state your zip particularly if you are in New Jersey.

More information can be had from specific interested parties by emailing me directly.

Have you sold the Jetta yet? What year is it since it says 1969? 89 maybe?
