2004 VW Rialta Winnebago with V6

Hey Everyone,

My first time posting. I have a 2004 VW Rialta Winnebago, which has a VW v6 in it. I would like to swap it out for a diesel. How do I determine if the diesel will fit? What needs to be done to the ECM if anything to get it to accept the different engine?

Searching here, I discovered diesel lines need to be run from fuel tank to engine, and possible pump up grade. Anything else?

Would someone point me in direction for literature on this?
