Unfortunately I can not find a Bosch Service Center anywhere close to me in South West Montana. Seems like the best nozzle options are DN0SD297 or DN0SD308 since the Merc nozzles are not designed for our pre chambers from what I have heard. I still don't see these readily avail anywhere in the US but there are a good number of sources in Europe so I should be all set.

My IP rebuilder Brian at Omega Fuel Injection informed me that the DN0SD297 nozzles do not work in the AAZ injector. Giles from Performance Diesel also confirmed this. I finally got a set of DN0SD308 / 0 434 250 169 from FLAG Germany.
