Has anyone done water injection
« on: May 20, 2022, 02:06:35 pm »
So I'm looking to do an intake water injection to lower my egts so I can add more fuel. I've searched and can't seem to find anyone with a detailed video or post about that.

It's a 1.6td with a K24 turbo, running at 1.5bar.
I'm hitting 700 degrees C at 5500rpm in third gear. The power is good, really good, but I just want that for a backup (run it sometimes not always).

Thanks

Do you have an intercooler?

I think that would be a better and easier choice.

Do you have any smoke at 1.5 bar?
