Brand new Bosch injection pump making grinding noise

Hey guys need your help again, this new aaz pump was installed 2 months ago I did not notice the grinding then as far as I can remember.
I took off all the auxilary belts to make sure it was not a water pump or something.So with only timing belt running.
I am certain its coming from the pump,most audible from the belt end, grinding increases with acceleration.
Only thing that comes to mind is the sprocket is making contact with something,but nothing looks evident.
The car runs flawlessly otherwise... stumped  ???

W.A.G., belt is too tight and pump shaft bushings are worn out.
