water meth injection and safe egts

just curious if anyone has any experience with water meth injections on a mf td and also what would be a safe egt to run and what's the danger zone on these getting lots of different answers. car is going to have bov blocked and boost controller on waste gate and the stock pump turned up. I'm not wanting to hurt this engine as I just did a full rebuild I have also ported the head and manifolds

I have pretty much that setup now with a K14.
Just installed ARP head studs and O-ringed the block. Per Giles recommendation I also did ARP main bearing bolts - he said they're known to let go above 20psi.
I do have a forced air Passat  Intercooler which keeps my EGT in the 1000F or below range most of the time.
Being hard on the skinny pedal, with a bad wastegate I saw 32psi at 3500rpm, 1300F EGT, 230F coolant temps.

my engine is fairly stock other then it being ported and .40 over pistons but now I'm worried about the bottom end lol hopefully it holds together as parts seem hard to fine. I'm new to the vw diesels but not new to diesel in general i have owned a few diesel trucks that I have hopped up but the idi engines are new

I found mine was bored .030 when I pulled the head to do the O-rings and ARP.
With the K14 and blocked BOV it has boost pretty much right away.
Giles tuned my pump for 25psi and I'm still reassembling.  This is in a Suzuki Samurai, not built for road racing lol.
At those boost levels an IC is pretty necessary.  I also wrapped my down pipe and louvered the hood above the IC in order to lower temps a bit under the hood.

Do you still have that front cover spring clip? I'm wrapping my 1.6td up.
Hope to start it this week.
