So I got the engine running, but it was running REALLY bad. I took it back off and looked in side, and saw all sorts of crap in it. Took it apart and it was full of rust. This was a Landy 300 pump that I ordered from a reputable vendor over in the UK. It is what it is.
I reached out to a few folks to see if they have any more of those 12mm pumps. Hopefully someone does.
