You mean those little squares behind the door pull?  I Think I have a set but I will look tomorrow.  I put black ones in there and just kept the others.

Sorry I mean the actual inner door handle you grasp to pull the door shut.

Shop around and find some of the larger handles that run up a bit towards the windows.  I found a pair on CL and I went to the hardware store and found some of those plastic inserts that are used for attaching license plates.  That snapped in the upper hole and the stud on the arm rest is secure in that. 

Or you can spend more money and get the proper ones from MK1Autohause I believe. 

Either way it is a nice upgrade.  You may find them in black easier and that actually looks pretty nice.  That is what did.
