Overtime at work has kept me away but i am back.

The engine is not getting any fuel!!!

i checked timing and it was good,  i checked the fuel cutoff and it showed 11.24 volts while the key was in run,  and showed 10.something while in start position.

I am replacing the IP, could it be a faulty rebuild??

i removed one of the steel fuel lines while cranking to check for fuel and it is totally dry.  i do have fuel in the tank and in the line all the way to the pump. in fact i even put some in the pump thinking it might need to be primed.

HELP! HELP! HELP!
