Here is my set-up on my '92 Jetta:
MF 1.6TD stock
14 PSI (K24)
Intercooler
Fuel screw turned up (black smoke behing me)
My stock clutch has 80,000km. When I hold it @WOT in 4th ou 5th speed, the clutch slips.
Is this set-up too much for the stock clutch?
I have the same performances as my AAZ into MK2 with an intercooler @10 PSI with smoke.
How much torque does the stock clutch can hold?
Thanks

i ran a centerforce dual friction clutch for a while, it was good or get crazy and get a 4 puck with a sprung center, and a 16v pressure plate (convert to 210mm)
i smoked 2 stock clutches in 2 years before i upgraded,same thing they did too,slipping in 4th-5th
i wouldnt say i smoked them, they just wouldnt hold after time

Im glad you asked that, I keep forgetting!
I have a flywheel from a 1.9D polo (1Y) and I was hoping to use that, But I didn't know if the clutches were interchangeable or if I could uprate the stock one for a bigger/stiffer one.
