Here are a few quick snapshots that I took tonight of the Autopower rollbar and the 4 point harness I installed on Sunday.

I'm getting there!
The farout parts window seals and door seals are finally installed and..
I am really working hard at the Corrado dash install.
I was messing around today and drove over to the local Biodiesel place
and topped off the tank with 5 gals of B99
It seems that the car smokes less and runs smoother.
petrol diesel sells for 2.79 US in Houston and the B99 was 2.59!
I think there might be a slight power loss.. but we'll see. When I have the intercooler finally installed I am going to the dyno

Later,
Mike
p/s.. where can I buy a set of non streach head bolts.. I think thats my next upgrade
Looks great.

I've seen a handful of people who tried B99/B100 report a drop in power & fuel economy.
B20 seems to be the optimal mix for power & fuel economy.

I'm running B100 (my own homebrew) from soybean oil stock in my caddy (1.6TD) and I can tell the difference between running petro diesel and bio. I'd say there's a bit less power from the bio... 10 percent perhaps, but in general, it runs great and it's not very noticeable. My TD is stock other than the downpipe and exhaust.
For me, I commute around 70 miles a day and the fact that the fuel is costing me $.50 per gallon far outweighs the minor drop in power. The engine runs a lot smoother and smokes far less. The fumes don't kill me at traffic lights either...smells like Japanese food!
Economy is about the same. Could be a touch less (1-2mpg), but sometimes I tend to lead foot the TD, so that could be the reason as well.
I might play around with some cetane boosters here in the future to see if that helps the power at all.
