charge air pipes on a cr 140 boost issue

Smokey Eddy:
stage 2 tune with rawtek performance exhaust and it was great until the power disappeared.
the hose on the lower driverside onto the intercooler feels wiggly and is filthy dirty. its some kind of spring clamp.

 thoughts?

is there a common spot the charge air hoses sometimes come free? it was after a long pull.
