ALH cam shaft upgrades

So I’ve been looking into cam shaft upgrades for my ALH and most sites don’t really explain the true benefits of getting a stage 2 or 3 cam. I know someone in here will have the insite I need. I have an 11mm injection pump, DLC1019 nozzles, garret VNT17, FMIC with 2 inch IC piping, intake, exhaust, Malone stage 2 with maf delete, etc
