Yes it does. You want a starter from the 3.4l Tacoma/4runner and the clutch from one of those as well. I have a petroworks 2 3.4l clutch if you want it pretty cheap. Its used but has a ton of material left on it. I got my kit new 2nd hand from ebay. Before it arrived I asked jeff at acme what clutch and starter I needed. Turns out the one I got was from an older model and used the 3.0l flywheel so I had to buy a different clutch. pm me here or facebook if you want it.

Did you get the proper drop (passenger or drivers side) r150f for your front axle?

Yes the R150f I got is from a 91 4Runner so passenger side drop.

k make sure you get a slave cylinder from a 3.4l as well. The 3.0 slave doesn't have enough throw for the 3.4 flywheel. or too much I don't remember exactly but it wont work properly.
