Couldn't wait for the new gauges to arrive so I dug out my old VDO mechanical gauge, ran a line through the bedroom and kitchen and positioned the gauge on the dash - leaving the deck lid off (man that engine is loud).
Turns out I am running 22 lbs at WOT :o ;D.  Another nice feature is that I'm no longer hitting 1300 EGT temps as quickly as I was before. I'm not sure if it's the changes I made to the LDA star-wheel (increased spring pressure 1-1/2 turns from the bottom) or the extra fuel from turning in the screw nearly 2-1/2 turns.

Bottom line is this thing really scoots now and my ultimate goal is to tow my 500 lb motorcycle behind us. This will provide wheels to tool around while the van can stay all set up back at the campsite. wooo-hooo!

Thanks to everyone for the replies and have a happy and safe new year. If you party hard, please get a ride home.

Glad it finally sorted out for you.  Sounds like you are on the way to a good new year yourself.  Thanks for the update.  Stick with the VDO gauges.  I have never had an issue with them. Not the values they are providing or the performance.  Always on when doing a mechanical.

Always change fuel filter. Sometimes my 1.9 w/1.6 pump wouldn't even start. Finally changed filter and it started.

Also probably good to change air filter.
