Yes I have the seal carrier. The injectors where rebuilt by Giles when I rebuilt the engine about 80k ago.

I do have them but I am still thinking about rebuilding the head and selling it complete. So I don't really want to sell it piece by piece.

Ryan, I have seen it mentioned that it is possible to fit the 81mm ASV TDI pistons making the displacement 2.0L.  Some trouble with getting an appropriate head gasket but searching on the TDI club gives a couple options.

Thanks for that tip Andrew. I purchased a running 96 Passat tdi with 230k a couple months ago for dirt cheap so I am eventually going to put that engine in my van.

I haven't seen a head gasket that actually works for the 2.0 bore on the earlier blocks. ALH+ is no issue, AHU/1Z there's no suitable gasket available.

I've seen on TDI club several people saying they used one of the G60 head gaskets without issue.

I do have them, unfortunately I am in Montana for the winter and the lines are in Maine. I will contact my friend to see if he can find them and ship them out. $50+ shipping sound fair?

Thanks for responding! If there's to be a bit of a wait, what would you say to 50$ shipped?
