Ford Injection Pump on AFN (VW T3 syncro)

Hi everybody!
First of all I have a VW T3 Syncro Mtdi (AFN cylinder head, AEY engine block, broken AAZ injection pump, AAZ Turbo).
I bought a Ford Transit 2.5DI injection pump because some say that this would fit nicely.
Does anyone have experience with a VW TDI with Ford pumps?
Or maybe someone has some data for setting it up correct like timing and that stuff.

I have one fitted to a ford transit 2.5 di with a turbo fitted .i changed gov spring and snapped of the bit in the top of the pump that controls the smoke screw/ lda , up the max fuel screw , about 140hp and good torque , and have fitted all the internals in to a pug pump body with no lda works good on 1z
