Well the flushing went very well. Water flows great in all directions. Back to the drawing board. I am still waiting for the local shop to give me an appointment for the Cumbustion Gas in Coolant check.  After that I will repost a new thread to tell what went wrong and how I found it.

Make the black cloud go away. :evil:  :twisted:  :shock:  :lol:

Well I cracked another 1.6 head or the gasket did not seal. The coolant check showed small combustion gasses in the coolant. I guess it doesn't take much. Anyways I will be starting a new post on options for 1.6 heads. Thanks for the assist here.
