So my transmission recently went so i got a new one rebuilt by vw with an lsd and all and also upgraded to a 210mm sachs clutch and i get it all together, shifts nicely into every gear but will not engage and will make a chattering noise when the clutch is disengaged.. Can anyone tell me whats going on here im lost and kind of pissed, i know i put everything on right, proper torque specs and all.. Helppp

The transmission you have must have must have the smaller spline and the clutch you installed must have been designed for the larger spline. I had the same issue when I swapped transmissions on an MK3 golf

That's the reason I don't usually buy rebuilt parts. They are prone to many issues.
