My mk6 golf has a overfueling issue changed maf deleted egr and dpf but it still does,it intermitten

My mk6 golf has overfueling issues it will hold back and sound like it's knocking with loads of black smoke take foot of gas put it back on its,away no problem put a new,maf on blankd egr,took out dpf still there but not as,often help

Had injectors checked as,well came back perfect I'm baffled!!

Is it throwing any codes?
Did you have the computer tuned?
Any chance you unhooked anything going to the turbo?
