Rear windows won't roll up
« on: June 01, 2015, 11:41:50 pm »
Just picked up a 2002 jetta but the rear (power) windows won't roll up on their own. On the way up they tend to tip backwards and get stuck. Looking through the Bentley indicates that they are only held one by one spot which pushes them up.
This has made me wonder what might be wrong and if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it. I will be tearing it apart and attempting to figure out the issue within the next few weeks, but am hoping someone has a tip or two!

Hi guys,  I got a question. Was at the scrap today and noticed a I believe was a R-160 with corner rear windows. Is that usual?

By the way, what auto auctions websites do you know? I recently stumbled upon http://www.carfrom.us auto auction. I encountered good salvage NISSAN ALTIMA 2009 . I'm glad that i got vin number check before buying. It had burn - interior  damage. Be secure and constantly run car vin check before buying.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier/fitter of rear privacy/tinted windows for my cruze in the east midlands? How much will it cost?
