91 Eco diesel Jetta AC question

Hey guys,  I am looking at charging my air conditioning system for the summer.  I know you charge through the low pressure port.  My question is which one is the low pressure port?   On top of the radiator or near the firewall/air box area?

Look at the end of the compressor where the two lines enter/exit. Look for the "S." That is the line you want. This is one of the Japanese compressors, right? It should be in the outer perimeter placement on the compressor.....not the center. BUT, make sure...don't just wimp out.

These cars changed over the years and your question is sort of dangerous, really. Put some effort into locating the S and following it's line.

Thx.   I  will check it out. Not sure if it's a jap compressor or not.  I had to replace it while ago cause the mount hole busted off.   Not sure what's in there now.  Thx
