With the pin ground like that I can see the smoke issue. Also, what turbo are you running? With smoke there is power or should be, so to me it seems like an advance issue, or a boost issue, or both. The pump is now over my head as to what to tell you to check.
The problem is that just no black smoke, even if the screw is screwed in the fuel cycle to increase the flow, and at this time the engine very slowly build on momentum. If the screw is adjusted supply cycle, the motor works steadily, going relatively well, but there is no smoke. Turbine Installed Stock Garrett, the model now will not say exactly, it is necessary to look under her skirt ;D

This part with the red circle you need to replace with one from a JX pump, (stock t3 1.6td part)

Good day! I found the problem my engine. It was found that with the valve "0.55out"  in the return pump was clogged, and the internal pressure in the pump was too high. We have eliminated it, and the engine has started a completely different, soft, black smoke began to throw up) Thank you all for the help that responded! At this stage, I do not have 90 horsepower, but the engine is running nice, good traction at low revs, yet it suits me, I will seek more power in peacetime. A few photos of my axis gas with a fork. I tried yesterday to put the axis of the gas from 1.6td, it goes worse than dead 1.6d)))

Yes, injectors are stock. Number spray DSLA 150 P357. The plunger is 10mm.

I did not understand you. My part in the red circle is from T3 1.6td JX, or it must be removed and put taken from another pump?

The 1.6TD control collar lever assembly (circled in red) is not ideal.  There are other versions that have the fulcrum of the lever offset so that they give much more overall movement of the control collar.  Better would be the 4BTA or Land Rover 300 TDI lever assembly although you may run into fitment issues with the governor spring capsule and/or the LDA.  Definitely easier and a better end result to start with the LR pump or even the 4BTA...

I understand, thank you, I read the forum and also came to this conclusion that it is better to put right the other pump, from Land Rover or VW LT.Cummins 4BT pump in our country find unrealistic. I find it easier to find the pump from the VW LT 2.8TDI - this is a good option? What settings need to be done in this pump? Or set - go? ::)

The LT pump will work. It is probably set up fairly well for what you are putting it in. They do have a "low smoke" governor that reduces performance a bit but it should still pull hard and do a good job.

I figured advance was part of the issue, but I didn't think about clogged parts. Glad it is going better.
